We strive to ship every order we receive within one business day via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Once shipped, we send an automated shipping notification via email so that you can track the progress of your order.
If living in the continental US, you can expect to see your order within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
For international shipping orders, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on your country.
Please note: The expected delivery times are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.
Customs and duties fees may be payable for International orders depending on the countries import policies.
Returns Policy

Returns Conditions
Human Tonik LLC offers a 1 Year (365 days) Money Back Guarantee on our Human Tonik supplements.
If, upon trying one tub within your first order with us, you don’t believe it has any beneficial effect and isn’t completely satisfied with your experience, then email our support team.
We will ask you to return all tubs from your order (your one used and all unused tubs), and once we have received your return, we will refund your purchase within 7-14 business days, minus all shipping costs and a handling fee of $15USD.
Your order should be returned using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive your order. We will not be responsible for missing returns.
Please note: The “bottle” is non-refundable; We deduct the price paid for the bottle’s original cost from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend trying one tub for at least four weeks, giving it time to take effect. We are all different, and we’d like you to be confident the supplement is not for you before requesting a refund.
